My Token Usage is built on a local-first, zero-knowledge architecture. The database functions purely as a blind relay, tracking only client-side encrypted strings needed for license verification and basic syncing. We do not have any visibility into your raw personal identifiable information, your API keys, or your message context.
We only collect information required to validate your license and manage your account. This includes your email address (via our authentication provider), an anonymous machine UUID for installation limits, and your subscription status.
All telemetry, tracking stats, and API consumption rates are processed locally on your device via the background service worker. If you opt into cross-device synchronization, the data payload is encrypted locally before being relayed through our servers.
We use Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not store your credit card information or direct passwords.
